We weren't supposed to stay in Luton, but due to flight delays, we had to find a Hotel. Leaside had free rooms, and what luck! We arrived exhausted but were greeted by a very sweet receptionist, who was very helpful (ordered a cab for the next morning, helped print new boarding passes and much more). The room was lovely, and... More

we booked the leaside as a place to just hang out for a few nights before our trip back to new York from luton ... little did we know it would be one of the highlights of our 2 week vacation in the UK!! The owner Paul became our friend almost instantly and introduced us to some of his friends... More

Very helpful and friendly staff, great food, good rooms, would highly recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area. I have stayed here before and is my hotel of choice when staying in the area. If you like your gin they have a great gin bar

My stay here was a welcome surprise. Wasn't expecting much since I was looking for a budget hotel. However I was very impressed by the quality of service from the staff. They also have a great complimentary breakfast, and an excellent restaurant. The aroma from the kitchen woke me up in the morning and I ensured I got up for... More

Note to chef: bruschetta is, minimally, toasted bread rubbed with garlic and drizzled with oil topped with tomato. It's not rusks from a packet, with a pot each of pesto (!), chopped tomatoes and cold, tasteless chopped onion. Note to barstaff: 10 ice-cubes will drown a single shot of gin.

The service from the staff is second to none, food is of great quality (and huge portions) and the rooms are clean, spacious and air conditioned. The staff are always polite, happy and very welcoming and very often my room is upgraded. I regularly stay at the Leaside and cannot fault it.

Where do we start? We just can't say enough about this outstanding hotel!!!!. Our experience was first hand from beginning to end. We didn't have to worry about a thing! Both manager and staff were on form, very friendly and hospitable. Family and friends could not fault the service and were all happy with their high standard rooms. This boutique... More

Came with a group of friends and had a great time. Tapas was cooked fresh and was very tasty. The lady who served us suggested a selection from the menu and a budget of £20 a head. Lots of food enough for an extra 2 people. Will highly recommend to anyone.

When I arrived the receptionist instantly upgraded my room from a single to a double with air con, really nice room for £60 or so and friendly staff which would of got 5 stars on its own but then I went to the restaurant and had a steak (on Thursday as it has a meal deal) and the steak was... Lovely place to meet with friends especially on a summer evening. Tapas menu is excellent and food of very good standard although our bill was incorrect 3 times and deserts are over priced. Bar service needs attention I waited 20 mins for a pimms and lemonade didn't bother with a second one as didn't want the lengthy wait. Location will... More
