This was without doubt the worst "hotel" I have stayed at in quite a while and even worse than your typical Travel Lodge! Unfriendly staff, décor in very poor state throughout, dirty rooms, lights not working in room, bed well past its use-by, poor quality bedding, average breakfast. Need I go on!

A has been hotel, now worn out and needing a massive refit. Laminate on dressing table unstuck, hole in bathroom ceiling as down lighter was missing, all paintwork was well chipped, stains on carpets and on walls. Really not a nice place to spend a night, fortunately I was leaving at 4am for an early flight. Would not go back....

What an awful place. Luton is to be avoided at the best of times and The Chiltern does its reputation no good whatsoever. Chose this place to meet some business colleagues for coffee and a couple of meetings during the day. Well let's start with the car park. DO NOT venture into the overflow at the back. Dirty! Messy, desolate....
