I stayed with my teenage daughter we waited at reception for 15 mins after travelling for 3 hours. No booking was found even though it had been pre booked by a family member and a small discount arranged. We couldn't spend time in the bar because I wasn't informed it's a mans pub so when we did go down we...

No one at reception, went to the bar and the young barmaid receptionist could have not been more friendly and tried her best to usher away the drunk who was making a 'friendly' nuisance of himself at...

Love this place, lovely staff serving fantastic food. We had beef roast dinners with all the trimmings and they were very nice, we sat in the bar and had a few drinks and it is a real lively place with some quality characters there. Will be back again.

Spent two nights in the Pines while in Luton for a family party. Very friendly staff with excellent home cooking for both dinner and breakfast. Parking provided and very close to Luton Airport and the M1. Bedrooms and bathrooms look like they have been recently done up. Very good shower. Excellent value for money.
