Family and friends have both had breaks at Kenella and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Food was exquisite and the rooms were beautifully furnished. Everything was clean and spotless. They received the warmest of welcomes and were looked after during their visits.

Well here we go again. Year eleven of staying at Kenella House and that in it self says something. As always Steve, Sandy and not forgetting Teds, greeted me, Mom and Dad in a warm, kind and friendly manner. As usual nothing to much for them. In actual fact they greeted us like old friends, which I suppose we are... More

We arrived at Kenella house, not knowing what to expect, wow, so friendly and welcoming. The house is so pristeen that we could not believe it, I would defy anyone to find a speck of dust or a mark anywhere, but the welcome was so friendly and welcoming we felt we had known Steve and Sandy for years. I would... More

Kenella House was a wonderful B&B with warm & friendly hosts in Sandy & Steve. It was a great place to end our hectic month away overseas. Their home was clean with a lovely spacious bedroom. The breakfasts were amazing!

Steve and Sandy were the perfect hosts presiding over a comfortable, clean and quiet residence. Little touches such as bowls of mints and eclairs in the rooms and on the landing were lovely. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice and really lovely bedrooms and en suite. My husband took a little tumble on our visit whilst out and Sandy provided... More

Very clean and comfortable, high standard of detail, the breakfasts were excellent and the hosts equally so, overall 10/10 and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. Amazing value for the price. It is only and five minute walk to the front and has many attractions to suit all ages.

We chose this place because we saw very good reviews from other people who stayed here. Our twin room was comfortable and cleaned/tidied daily. We rather liked the little extras such as the small dish of mints in the room, the pile of Eclairs toffees outside our room, and even the resident teddy bear that jumped beds every day. My... More

From the minute we arrived we felt that we had known Steve and Sandy for ages, we had arranged to meet friends there and were placed in next door rooms 'perfect' The rooms are immaculate and every care given to detail (even to cotton wool and tissues supplied) The location is ideal for every amenity and we had no need... Our second visit. Clean comfortable room and a delicious choice for breakfast. Plenty of off road parking. We plan to return next year and hopefully stay longer. Well done Sandy and Steve! You made us feel so welcome.

Have stayed at Kenella House a couple of times. The house is very clean and comfortable and there is a good choice at breakfast. There is a small car park at the rear. Very near the Steam Railway, the main street and the sea front.
