We got married at Little Quarme in July and would very highly recommend it as a wedding venue. The surroundings are beautiful and exactly what we wanted for our 'laid back' wedding. The cottages are cosy and well equipped for a self catering weekend. We had 22 family members staying with us on site which was wonderful. Mai and Will... More

Had such a lovely week's stay in May half term at Little Quarme cottages. Perfect for a large group, we stayed in 4 of the cottages which were ideal for what we needed. Nice communal area, perfect for barbecuing with lovely views over the countryside. Prices were very reasonable as well given it was half term. The owners are very... More

We had a fantastic week in May at Little Quarme, with a warm welcome and a very child friendly environment. Cottage and facilities were great and surroundings (including the walk across the fields to a fab pub) were idealic. Will visit again, thanks.

Our third trip to Little Quarme. It was our first holiday with our new son. At just a few weeks old, we wanted somewhere familiar, where we knew we could have all the comforts of home. It suited us perfectly. We did familiar walks, back up Dunkery Beacon, over the moors with the dogs, and cosied up in the cottage... More

My wife and I celebrated our wedding at Little Quarme. The hosts are not only extremely friendly and helpful, but very accomodating and laid back, which meant we were able to achieve the celebration we dreamed of. They were very helpful throughout the planning process, with quick responses to any questions. And with their experience of weddings at their site,... More

My pups and I were lucky enough to stay at Little Quarme (Dunkery Cottage) cottages last week and had an absolutely wonderful time. From the cream tea in our cottage on arrival to the spectacular and calming view 360 degrees around us. The cream tea was most welcome after or 5 hour drive, a real delightful treat. Our welcome was... More

Wholly hospitable hosts, and a great weekend in a beautiful setting. Lovely in rainy December, and I'm sure it's even better in the summer. The houses were excellent and are much larger than the photos suggest! Strongly recommended!

Had a wonderful 3 night stay at the beginning of November with our 3 dogs. The cottage had everything you could need including a communal hose pipe to clean the dogs down!!! The cream tea on arrival was lush and the views of the grounds and river walk was amazing hoping to go back again in the new year.

We stayed here for 3 nights in October 2015 as a family of 3 (2 adults and a four year old). Stayed in Rose cottage which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Cottages set in beautiful grounds and very peaceful. Fantastic location, lots of things to do right on the doorstep, Dunster Castle, Nutcombe Wood (claims to have... More
