We booked our Christmas Party here and I must say it was very good. Great service the food was above average compared to other places we have visited for our Annual Bash. We were all served at the same time so nobody was waiting the food was hot and well cooked. We thought it was great value for money. Neil...

The rooms are a decent size but an old bathroom and generally tired. Had a couple of service related issues and in particular I had to go to reception THREE times to rustle up a bar man....Breakfast is buffet style but the lady that does the service is friendly. I will stay again but really because it is convenient to...

We stayed as a group for a friends wedding locally. The receptionist was very friendly and very helpful. Room was large, although a little dated look. Bathroom was clean and large. Bar was great, had everything you'd expect and good service. Breakfast was very good, only comment would be that we'd had to wait 15 minutes for a table as...

Lovely hotel. We had a large pleasantly furnished room and good sized bathroom. Comfy beds and quilts that thankfully were not massively thick and hot. However the room was well heated with radiators that we were able to turn off. There was also a large floor standing fan for use if required. Breakfast was optional at about £10 p.p. We...

We book a small conference room for a family gathering following a funeral. The staff made everyone very welcome. The buffet provided was plentiful and of excellent quality. Nothing was to much trouble.

Stayed here for 4 nights in a family room on the 2nd floor. Room was very big and had a kingsize bed and a single bed in a small separate room off main room. We had a nice view of the garden. Bathroom was a good size with a bath and a shower over the bath. Shower door not big...

My husband, mother and I visited the restaurant a few weeks back to try out the food prior to booking on Christmas Day as there had been some mixed reviews online. The staff serving us were brilliant and couldn't do more to help however my husbands main (pork belly and mash) was stone cold, the mains were served at different...

Arrived about 10 minutes prior to the official check in time and as our room was ready we were permitted to go up to our room (211). The bedroom has tasteful decoration with all the advertised facilities and a very comfortable bed. As other reviews have mentioned the front of the building is very noisy, we had the window open...
