Absolutely love this place. John & Janet are the most welcoming of hosts, and dogs are very welcome. We were looked after so well, and nothing was too much trouble. Janet is a fab cook, I've come home a lot heavier than when I went!!!!! Lovely rooms, and unlike many places who say they are dog friendly, these really are.... More

First visited this Guest House 38 years ago when owned by Pearl and Tom Hunter. It was a fantastic place filled with kids and dogs. Pearl and Tom retired some 9 years ago followed not long after by their deaths. The Guest House was taken over by the wonderful John and Janet. The time and effort they have put into... More

Spent three nights here on a short break with two kids and dog. We were made very welcome by the host John, who was very attentive to any requirements. Room was comfortable with access to the terrace with view of north bay. Excellent breakfast.

Recently stayed for 2night with my parents in room 6 and myself and dog in 10. Lovely and clean and very welcoming. Couldn't ask for more. On arrival, outside looks run down but once in side you couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was one of the nicest I've had and I stayed in B&B's regular. Would definitely return.

Needed a dog-friendly hotel and couldn't have chosen a better place. We booked Room 1 for 3 days in order to take advantage of the balcony and amazing view this offered. Sitting on the balcony sofa, drinking a G&T in the evening watching the lights along the bay was magical. The room was spacious - 2 adults and 2 large... More

The service we received was fantastic. We were greeted by both Janet and John, who are very friendly and experienced hosts. The room was very well presented, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional with a very good choice of cereals, fruit and yogurt and the cooked breakfast was the best we had tasted for a long time. It was lovely... More
