My friends had there wedding there and I could not of asked for a better place. From the tranquil small landscaped inner garden to the beautiful outer gardens with stunning views. This hotel offers everything that those looking for a peaceful getaway could ever want.

My wife and I and our choccy Labrador stayed here for five nights in one of the courtyard rooms. Lovely outlook over open fields and a beautiful courtyard garden. There was a choice of al a carte or bistro menus. We had al a carte on 1st night it was a new experience for me and we thoroughly enjoyed it.... More

Fabulous room, fabulous food, fabulous staff. Dog friendly! So peaceful in beautiful grounds, surrounded in stunning countryside. Nothing too much trouble for staff. The place had a re fresh and it just glowed, clean, comfortable and inviting. Would highly recommend!

It is set in beautiful surroundings with pleasant rooms, however, as said previously in other reviews it is let down by lack of professional capable staff with no one seeing to be in charge. After waiting at the bar for 20 minutes and asking if anyone was serving, an elderly gent arrived, I said 2 pimms with Lemonade but he... More

From the moment we arrived until the moment we drove out the carpark , the attention to detail, the customer service, the food and the experience as a whole was superb. 100 miles further south and we would have been paying twice as much for something far more pretentious. We had the 3 course A La Carte menu (which turned... More

I found this hotel initially as it was dog friendly and the photos looked beautiful on their website. After some deliberation I decided to book it as a surprise 3 days away for my husbands birthday. I had chosen a luxury suite which was over £200 per night! So I was expecting somehing very special.... ummmmm. Now don't get me... More

I booked a room for a couple of nights to have a "romantic break" in what was described as a luxury boutique hotel - Prepaid for the Luxury four poster room (saving a considerable amount but still costing £180 pn B&B) also chose the hotel on the basis of it having an A la Carte restaurant and a bistro -... Woke up one morning and decided to go away for a night looked on internet and came across Ox Pasture Hall. Dog friendly. Set in a lovely location and nice walks to go on. Menu was limited but nice, breakfast was lovely. Lovely setting for weddings which was happening the day we booked out. Would go again and take the... More

Our first visit to Ox Pasture Hall but definitely not our last! My husband and I (plus dog) have just returned from a wonderful 3 night break at this marvellous hotel. All the staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. And the food was great; we ate 3 breakfasts and 2 suppers, everything, particularly the lamb,... More

We wanted a "stay-cation" and this lovely rural retreat provided just that! I treated by brother and his family of wife, baby and dog - we forgot the travel cot and high chair and these were provided along with a baby friendly meal without any fuss. The rooms were comfortable although the decor was a little dated I think this... More
