This Guest House is fantastic. Me and my partner went to watch Status Quo at the Open Air Arena. We stayed in room number 4, it has it's own kitchen. There's a double bed and bunk beds in the room too. It was spotlessly clean. Alison can't do enough for you and as for the breakfast it was spot on,... More

My partner and I have just come back from staying at The Meltham Guesthouse with our little dog for two nights. Alison was very friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean and accommodated everything you need. The breakfast was first class and we could even take the dog down which saved him fretting in the room without us. Alison... More

Been staying hear for the last few years and everything great. Breakfast nice and the place is nice and clean and well organised. Great location for peas holm park and a short walk to the beach front which allows dogs . Open air bus regular to the south front.

Alison and her guest house are absolutely first rate. It is very comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean, freshly decorated and the breakfast is lovely. Alison gives a warm welcome, and is extremely helpful and flexible (e.g. I arrived very late and left early due to train times). My room and ensuite contained everything I wanted, and were of a good size.... More

Stayed here for a 2 night break, Can honestly say I can think of nothing that would improve the experience. Welcomed from the moment we arrived, Hose and room spotless and really comfortable. Hope we will be able to go there again, but worried all the good reviews will mean the place will always be fully booked!

can honestly not fault this place in the slightest on at aspect. It is owned by a couple who are really friendly and welcoming. They take their time out to speak to guests, can't do enough for them and more importantly always a smile on their faces. The room we stayed in had a bedroom but amazingly had a kitchen... More

Stayed for 1 night over the Easter break and we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from Alison. The B&B is immaculate form top to bottom. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection! Choice of fruit and cereals also. Alison and Mark are the perfect hosts and happy to... Stayed at the Meltham Guesthouse last night. Room was well decorated and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. All rooms en suite. We were made very welcome as were our dogs. Parking was available. We will definitely be back to this guesthouse. I would recommend to anyone. Central for all attractions.

Great hosts who make you feel welcome. The breakfast is brilliant. Rooms are just right and we will always stay here when in Scarborough. The Alexander bowls club is just across the road as is peasham park.
