What a lovely place! Lots of farm animals to pet, farm dogs that followed us around the farm! The cottage was nice and clean and furnished well (Cowslip) and the food was lovely, we ate there one evening and also had breakfast and an afternoon tea, we will definitely be back!!!!

Perfect place to explore the East coast and North York Moors National Park. We loved the numerous animals on the farm! Staff was very friendly and helpful and surroundings absolutely beautiful and relaxing!

A lovely location with great staff, nice selection of food for breakfast and a good evening menu. Phone direct to get the best price. Kids loved playing with the friendly farm dogs and visiting the animals.

Fantastic food and lovely clean space, lots for kids although outdoor play could do with a sort out IE. Broken toys and equipment. Loose pig running in and out was unsure if it was supposed to be able but did no harm haha! Will be back!

Enjoyed our stay (3 nights). We Would stay again. Ours was a disability friendly room with its own private access and we were told we could park our car near the doorway instead of the car park, to make it easier for us. All in all a nice place, friendly and very comfortable.

I stayed here for 2 nights recently with my husband and toddler. I'll start with the negatives as there aren't too many: the towels had bleach stains on them, there were broken dog biscuits on the floor in my room, the water boiler is old and can take some time to heat the water up. It took a long time... More

Stunning views, friendly dogs who accompany you on lovely walks. Staff who go out of their way to help and answer questions. Comfortable room with WiFi and great shower. Animals to feed, great play areas. Would we go again. Try to stop us.

Quiet, rural setting with fantastic views. Good size rooms (rooms 2, 3 & 4), comfy beds and very clean! Yes, the water pressure is low, but we managed a decent shower in the morning....and were aware of this on booking. Kids enjoyed a wander round the farm in the evening - the dogs are super friendly! Staff were all friendly... More

Excellent stay only marred by problem with shower and mobile connection. Otherwise a great place to stay surrounded by beautiful scenery. Good food and friendly staff. Nice country walks , amongst the farm animals and very helpful dogs!

I stayed here with my husband and two year old. The family room we stayed in was fairly nice but the bathroom could have been cleaner. When I first saw the room I was concerned that it might be noisy as we were near the stairs but we all slept really well. The location of the farm is stunning and... More
