We stayed for 1 night at this hotel and the attention to detail was second to none . Room was spotless and the reception staff very helpful. Would recommend this as a Covid safe place to stay. We also visited the restaurant which was equally safe and Covid aware

I would recommend this Premier Inn. It is in a very good location which is surrounded by park land. The Beefeater has outside tables and a good choice of food including vegan, and gluten free. The bedroom and bathroom were really clean. We had a really good nights' stay. Also there was a fan in the room, we were all the perfect temperature.

On the plus side, location was very nice - perfect for morning walks around the marina. A couple of bottles of water in a room should be standard, no matter how cheap the hotel. The moment I realised I had to pay £2 for a small bottle of water from a vending machine at reception, I stopped feeling like a guest.

This Premier Inn is situated in an idyllic environment. Lots of walks near the water, an abundance of waterfowl and even lots of rabbits around! A real breath of fresh air after the chlostraphobia of the last year. The rooms were clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised. We ate at the Beefeater Inn which is affiliated with the hotel. On both evening meals we were served by an amazing waitress AJ she went beyond and above to make sure that we were really well looked after. Just a shame she wasn't doing the breakfast as well! As we were situated outside due to Covid restrictions we had to wait and wait and wait to get served.

The location of this hotel is great - right next to a marina with great walks. I was staying here for 2 nights on business. The hotel itself was good - nice and clean, comfy bed, large room, friendly staff. The only downside was that the noise first thing in the morning was horrendous. There was what sounded like a truck being loaded right outside my room at 5am in the morning. It is also full of tradesmen who are not particularly quiet at 6 in the morning when they are leaving for work. If you are a heavy sleeper then you will be okay.
