My partner and I went last Friday to have dinner. We ordered the Shepherd's pie and the aubergines. The food was excellent and the waitress, Brenda, was fantastic. She made us feel really comfortable. We will definitely come back!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights with two colleagues. Bedroom and bathroom was lovely and clean - my smoking colleague was also very pleased that they have a selection of smoking rooms. Used the spa facilities on one night and they were lovely. They were small but hey you're not paying for them so you can hardly expect an Olympic sized...

Booked the hotel as my normal hotels in the area were fully booked. Had an upgrade to a suite when I arrived which is always a bonus and the room was a decent size. Bathroom a bit dated by 2017 standards (marble effect basin etc.) but was very clean and spacious Room itself very modern with a very large flat...

We stayed here on Friday 10th March until Sunday 12th for my sister's wedding. The actual wedding itself was very well organised and the staff very attentive. However I do have some issues regarding the check in at reception, we were greeted by a miserable blonde woman who didn't manage to crack a smile, we booked over a year in...

Car park practically useless, reception greeting was a non existent (staff lack simple hotel manners). We wasn't shown to our room, just guided and the room was certainly not good value for money. For a hotel with 4* on tripadvisor I'm suprised it was this poor. I won't list the rest of issues. Won't return.

My wife and I recently stayed here for one night We were unaware of the £5.00 per night parking fee, Our room on the third floor was very very hot, the, walls are pretty thin, as we could hear the guest next door speaking via Skype to his wife and family. The shower/bath taps took some working out, which frustrated...

I can't begin to express my gratitude to the staff (especially Katherine on Reception) who went out of their way to help when my son became ill and had to be taken to Bedford infirmary while on a two night stay at this hotel. The care and consideration given to his wife and myself was outstanding- it was as though...

Stayed on a room only basis. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the river. Room was ok, lots of noise with banging doors from other guests returning in the early hours. When we returned from our night out, decided to have a nightcap. Had to wait ages for bar staff to appear, they were both outside...
