A very odd place, felt a bit like Bates Motel, dirty room, uncomfortable bed, dirty shared bathroom, filthy carpet, filthy walls, slamming doors all night. Only booked this because the Travel lodge was full, but never again, it's one to avoid!

Very cheap but great for a quick stop. Just off the motorway so easy to get anywhere. Room was spacious, clean and bed comfy. Room had free view and tea making facilities so couldn't have asked for more. Ideal for a inexpensive night stay. As long as you don't go expecting the best then it's perfect.

Stopped here last week as unexpectedly run out of time. There was no room and a member of staff assisted me in finding a spot as it was very late. Food average, showers and the shop are clean and modern. Much better than the Rugby Stobart site. Would stay again.

We had a motorcycle breakdown, and had to find somewhere to stay quickly in an emergency. Found this place via booking.com, they had a room and the price was good. The cafe is great value for money, super tasty and cheap. The room was clean and functional.

Dropped in at 11.40 on a Saturday morning with a minibus of friends enroute to a social function. Premises are clean and modern on the inside. Met by a miserable old cow, clearly winding down for 'shutting at 12.30'. I was first up and when asked how many were with me, I told her a minibus of 17. She quipped... More

Avoid avoid avoid. I know it's cheap and if it's cheap there is a reason but seriously? Stuck in the 70's and filthy. I know a lot of truckers and they have standards way higher than this place. Clearly stobarts looking to cash in on a very old building. I'm sure if they the revamped the place and brought it... More
