This Premier Inn is just off the motorway, but far enough to be quiet. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant does a great choice of gluten free meals, which means we can eat out! Great Premier Inn and will continue to use it many times, as it's a great stopover.

Arrived early Sunday evening, check went smoothly and quickly. The room was a good size, typical cheap hotel decor. But clean and tidy. We opted to eat in the restaurant, but when told it would be at least an hour on food orders we opted to go out and buy a takeaway. Not good enough, you should never have to... More

We stay at many PI's throughout the year and this is certainly one to avoid. Not sure what hotel chain it originally was as it doesn't fit the normal PI footprint. Rooms are dated and dull, in need of some TLC and renovation. Bathrooms were an experience, designed for both tall and short, the bath would just about fit a... More

I've stayed in various Premier Inns but I wouldn't stay in this one again. It was tired and dated and needed a good freshen up. I booked two twin rooms and got two doubles. Instead of swapping a room they made up the Sofa. The bathroom door didn't open unless the toilet seat was up, a little thing but seriously... More

Wifi was garbage, accompanying Flaming Grill not great, staff really good and room comfortable, not the best Premier Inn though, the bed was a bit lumpy, the hand basin too high (weird I know, but true), although the shower and bath were both excellent

Well what can I say after all it's a Premier Inn. The room was fine and clean , great but the restaurant was a big let down , waited 1 hour for the food to be served which we were told about . When the food cam what a let down , just about edible and the waitress requires a... More

Good location, one mile off M6. Easily accessed with plenty of parking and staff in duty 24/7. The hotel is clean with a wonderful comfy bed. The staff on reception were friendly and though the hotel site stated the hotel is situated on a main road and there could be traffic noise, we could not hear it. There is a... More

Very convenient from M6, clean, safe, good parking. Fantastic food and prices at adjacent pub/restaurant. let down by need for redecoration and atrocious wi-fi. We booked well in advance and got a good deal. The reception staff were extremely helpful as we have come to expect at PI.

Very clean room and bed was really comfy. everything needed for an overnight stay. Staff helpful and friendly but other guests can be heardone outside the rooms and they were noisy right up to the quiet time cut off of midnight!
