We stayed at the same hotel last year as well - it is a very useful spot on the way back from Edinburgh. It is better than other PIs in not requiring you to use a key-card just to get in the corridor, but is awkwardly placed on different levels, with steps in between.

Stayed here to see the concert by Sir Rod Stewart at Brunton Park. Typical Premier Inn, good clean hotel with a decent bar and restaurant on site as normal, a little bit outside the city centre but as its on a retail park there's no problem with catching a bus or a taxi in. Ample free parking and access.

We stopped here for a night to break up a journey. Beds were very comfy (pleasantly surprised) ,and it was a enjoyable stay. Breakfast in the morning wasn't the best but it was enough to set you up for the day. Right on the motorway so easy to find but no noise which is good! Another premier inn at the... More

My family and I stopped over for a weekend as we were attending a wedding in the area. We had never visited before and we were expecting just a basic hotel. The rooms were immaculate and I had a great night sleep. There is a bar in the hotel in which we visited numerous times and there was also a... More

Typical Premier Inn, which I like for short stops when you need nothing but a bed for the night. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms usually quite large, always spotlessly clean, and although lacking 'extras' you soon learn what to take with you if you really want to be comfortable, in my case a bar of soap, my own... Good overnight stay except for wi-fi in my room which was terrible. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant and food were good and the service was excellent. There were no disabled parking spaces left, most of them were taken by cars which were not displaying blue badges. I had to park a long way from the entrance.

Ideal stop over. Clean rooms, good breakfast choice and a good night guarantee. Need I say anything more. Ample car parking and friendly staff. Ideal stop over as just off M6 which makes it an ideal stop before heading into town, or the lakes or up to Scotland.

This premier inn is ideal for a one night stay, however I feel as though it is in much need of a revamp as the place felt very tired. The rooms are clean, but basic. The restaurant is good for a bite to eat, what can I say, you get what you pay for. We only stopped for an evening... More

As everyone knows you get what you pay for, usually. This Premier Inn is not a new one but the rooms are clean and a decent size. This one we were in was room 7. A standard room which did appear small. Most of the new Premier Inns have family rooms which have an extra bed/couch and are much larger.... More
