Me and my partner stopped over night here on Saturday. On arrival we had out temperature taken. The rooms were basic but that wasn't an issue for us, however the bed was a little hard for our preference and there was no milk to have a coffee in the morning. The bar... WELL! Tables or the bar wasn't cleaned down when people had left. Staff face masks.. one member of staff had the face mask on her chin and the other had it over her face and pulled it down when talking to people. When i challenged their face masks the lady was quite rude and said that she didn't care and she didn't want to wear it. After some of my family had Covid-19 back in March and were quite poorly with I was shocked and disgusted with their careless attitude!! There was a small plastic screen near the till, no one used it they just moved to the other side of the bar. The reception staff were lovely and polite. Overall I wouldn't return here again unless the bar staff were prepared to follow government guidelines and take their job more seriously.
