This was easy to find from the train station. 10 minute walk from the centre and a lovely restaurant/bar called marine boat house. Room was nice and cosy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only down side was the bar was shut where ever we wanted to go for a drink.

We only stayed one night but were made more than welcome. Rooms were well presented. Clean and welcoming. Breakfast choice was excellent. Food was cooked fresh. This is our third visit to the homestar and it was fab as it always has been. Lovely family room and lovely brekkie which we paid for separate, ten pound for the four of us was great value. Stayed here for one night with a friend. We were made very welcome when we arrived and taken to a nice, warm room. Lovely comfy beds and everything was very clean. great place to stay very friendly rooms nice and clean very quiet yet within 10 minutes of centre breakfast good would def stay again price was very reasonable all in all no complaints at all if being very picky lack of parking

Stayed here for one night, the B&B is clean and great for short stays. The owner was really welcoming and helpful on the day we arrived. The room / bedding / bathroom were lovely & clean. Enjoyed staying at Homestar,they made us feel welcome from when we arrived to the time we left.The rooms are very comfortable and clean......Short walk to all amenities.It was my first visit to Skegness ,I would definitely go to both again.
