Great value for money in a great alocation - free private parking, friendly welcome with comprehensive advice. Room was spacious, spotless and tastefully furnished - the seaview was lovely. As dog lovers ourselves, the fact that... More

Room was clean and had all the basic needs such as Tea/ Coffee. Owner was lovely with a friendly service, we came up on the bus therefore couldn't... More

Stayed for a short break mid June and booked room6, four-poster with sea view. Bit of a hike up to the top floor but well worth it. Room was warm and clean. Breakfasts were top notch FEB with plenty of chat with other guests while we ate. Amanda, the guest house owner was witty and friendly and made us feel... More

This is definitely worth a visit if your looking for a 2 or 3 night break. The guesthouse was really quiet at night and is adult only.... More

Another last minute booking for us to go to a funeral. We've stayed in 4 hotels now in Skegness and this has to be the best. Lovely and clean, nice decor and well run. Booked the king size room and got the super king room (no.11). Hasn't got a sea view but we didn't care. Really comfy bed, very clean... More
