I stayed here 1st Aug-5th Aug 2016 - after a ridiculously long coach trip with Skills(6 hour Shift) We were all surprised by the lack of welcome to the hotel, and amazed that elderly guest were left to carry own luggage. The rooms whilst very small and basic were clean and comfortable, however you could see that, whilst clean there... More

Just stayed two nights at this hotel, if you can please avoid it. It is full of tat and Chints, the room we was in needed decorating, the wall was pealing and cracked. Dead plants out the front, needs more condiments in the room. Would never stay here again, bathroom was filthy needed upgrading asap, dinning room was dull and... More

Stayed 2 nights in this b&b bedroom was terrible old and dirty furniture, bad decor, dirty walls. The tray that had milk etc was disgusting, everythingin the room needed to go to the tip !! I would not recommend this place to anyone, not worth the money we paid for 2 nights. Have had much better value for less.

This is a family run hotel in a great location for all that Skegness has to offer . Our room was cramped and dark, it had a double and single between the two beds was a wall making the double bed area dark and cramped ,the hospitality tray was placed on a bedside cabinet that we thought dangerous if you... As an Elderly couple we have had over 30 holidays in Skegness both with our children and on our own. It was our 30th wedding anniversary last year and we had planned this holiday to celebrate. Usually staying in B&B accommodation we thought that we would save a little harder in order to stay at a hotel, but nowhere we... More

This year we decided not to go on an organised trip but travelled with National Express. On arrival we were received with good reception as always. We has room 3 which was very comfortable, clean and plenty of hot water, and a really good supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The food was as always plentiful, hot and the... More

This family run 'hotel' is in need of a much overdue makeover. Although we had a lovely few days at Skegness via National Holidays and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves we wouldn't return to this 'hotel'. Here is a fair overview, Reception: Shabby, Staff: Pleasant, Furniture:Shabby (not chic) Carpets: Wilton old fashioned, Entertainment: Nightly Bingo or quiz, mid week singer. Bar Stock:... More

just returned and after going on several coach trips, this is the worst. we were in a box room over the front door where the guests stand to smoke so as our window wouldn't shut properly, we had a night of constant waking to the sound of chattering and laughing (we requested a quiet room).. our rooms were icy cold,... Have stayed at this hotel many times. The hosts Paul and Janet are very welcoming and make your stay very enjoyable. This is a family run hotel and their son Craig his wife Donna are always very friendly and helpful.
