great place to stay clean and comfortable has everything you need, although not on the luxury scale. tea coffee making facilities free wi fi hairdryer (although not very powerful) bit of a false economy like the loo roll lol.

We extended our stay in Skegness and moved here from the Savoy... The room was a good size with separate sofa and a Seaview... The bed was very comfortable and the linen and pillows were of a decent quality... As it was off peak we found it to be quite peaceful, other than the odd bedroom door shutting...There was a...

"FREE cancellation" is what was stated when booking this hotel. I emailed to tell them we wasn't going to be able to make it as our car had broke two days before (which was in the cancellation time frame) but yet they still took the money out my account! Massive con I would advise NOT to book with these people!!

We had below ground floor room which was actually very quiet considering it was by main seafront road and staff entrance/fire exit was next to our room. Booked family room which consisted of double bed and a very inadequate chair/bed which was very lumpy and uncomfortable....I know...

Stayed the night here with a female friend in the family room overlooking the sea. Centrally located close to all local amenities and close to the bars and theatre if your looking for a good place to stay on an evening out. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. Great value for money.

As others have mentioned, no breakfast but who cares... The room was a double with a nice sea view but the size was pretty pokey and I kept banging my ankle on the bottom of the bed every time I walked passed it. We only stayed one night, me, girlfiriend and 4 year old but I will point out that...

I wouldn't recommend if you was going with young children like I did even tho my daughter was that tired she did sleep though. Please don't get me wrong the hotel is...
