Sadly can only believe the many good reviews are from clearly many guests who are either friends or guests given best rooms then become friends. Towels were a right assortment of a murky mustard yellow colour and a grubby off white both very small bath towels and a pale blue hand towel that had to be used as a bath... More

Stayed here in July for a short break with the family (booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 due to family emergency) was still charged full price for 3 nights, room wasn't that nice, bed was ancient and really uncomfortable, walls were paper thin and i could hear banging around most of the night, provided bath towels where rock... Lovely room, stayed in the twin which is actually a double and single bed. It's at the back but very quiet at night. A fridge in the room is a great idea, very handy. Breakfast room has just been redecorated and looks lovely. Breakfast is lovely, choice of cereal, orange juice, then full English or something on toast or choice of hot sandwich,as much... More

Booked this for me and my mum as it's in the perfect location. The pictures look better than real life - decoration is dated and bathroom smelled fusty and old. Leak from the room above the front door dripping onto tiles (Slippery when wet) - Contacted the owners but didn't sort until next day and when spoke to other guests... More

Stayed here at the start of July with 3 friends for my birthday in two rooms. I had the downstairs front room which was quite big and roomy, it was clean and everything was good. The staff were very helpful and nice, the breakfast was good and the location was decent. Great value for money and would stay here again.

Stayed as a family for 4 nights in September 2015 Really love the location, which is just a couple of minutes walk from the Pier. Room was a fantastic size and really clean. We really appreciated the inclusion of a fridge as with a toddler we needed a lot of snacks and drinks in the room. The family room was... More
