Me & my family have been coming to this hotel every August for the past 5 years and are always warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who work there. The hotel is spotless, the food is delicious and it's in the perfect location. Be back again same time next year!

Nothing is ever too much trouble, so accommodating. They are so friendly and give such a warm welcome, it now feels like our second home! My children adore the... More

We stopped over night on a whim with no booking, and luckily enough found the last room for our family on top floor. Was greated straight away by a very friendly face. The room was clean and had extra blankets and pillows. Very clean bathroom, with nice touch of a hairdryer for use. There was a very good comedian/singer for... More

Great B&B right on the seafront of Skegness. The staff couldn't do enough to help you at this hotel from where to park the car to where to eat dinner. The place was bustling and clearly well looked after. My room was quite small as I booked a single bed room but this didn't detract from the experience and I... More

Good points: Great location, good sea views. Good bar open in evenings. Most staff friendly and welcoming. Small lift to second floor. Nice bacon and sausages. Bad points: I had to clear 3 spiders and their webs from above my daughter's bed before she would sleep in it. We had a bad night's sleep due to uncomfortable bed. More attention... More

Stayed here for 4 nights, hotel very accommodating staff were all lovely and the location was great. Pier just across the road shops about 5-10 mins walk away, beach within 5 mins walk. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again myself.

Went on a spontaneous drive to Skegness and decided to stay overnight. Lovely , spotlessly clean and friendly . Rooms were outstanding for a seaside front . My only slight negative was the girl waitressing for breakfast was a bit sour and could have smiled. But of were ever in Skeggy again would def book in 😊
