We stayed at the Eastleigh in July this year. It is in the perfect location only about 50m from the pier. The hotel is spotless and the owners made us feel very welcome. The room had a mini fridge with complimentary drinks, coffee tea and biscuits, hairdryer, and straighteners. This is a room only hotel which is great as not... More

We stayed here for 1 night with our son and we all loved it. Friendly staff when checking in and out, the room was lovely and very spacious for the 3 of us and the complimentary stocked fridge was a great touch!! The hotel is close to everything and well worth the price. When we come back to Skegness we... More

We came to celebrate my mums birthday we had 3 rooms at this hotel and they were all perfect! Decorated down to the nicest detail, everything very clean and even had complimentary bottles of water & cans of pop in the fridges in the rooms as well as your usual tea and coffee facilities! Great location and welcoming owner.

We checked in late on Friday Evening, very good instructions to get room keys, very nice clean rooms, with hair driers/straighteners. Comfy bed, fridge, free wifi etc.. Nice touches free soft drinks and tea & coffee making facilities with plenty of supplies. Only slight negative was water pressure of shower, was ok for shower but washing shampoo out took ages.... The room was nice with complementary refreshments, but bathroom was tiny and hadn't been flushed from last visitors. Dirty surfaces and crumbs in the bed. When we arrived there was nobody there to let us in and when we called he was out for a meal, and made us feel unwelcome by going over making him leave. In the morning... More

Arrive after check-in time and find there's no one there? Shouldn't be a surprise. Have someone return from their evening out to check you in? That's just part of our great customer service. Still in bed 30 minutes after check-out time? A knock on the door with a polite reminder of check-out time is just part of our great customer... More

Me and my partner booked here as the room was extremely great value and just what we wanted. The price does not reflect the condition of the room as our room was immaculate, good size and had everything we needed. The hotel does have free parking on the road outside (if you can get a space) which we managed. But... More

Booked very last minute 1 night break. Hotel right opposite pier, and short walk from rail station. Very convenient for everything. Great value for money. Greeted by friendly staff upon arrival and made to feel 'at home'. Clean, tidy rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, and complimentary biscuits and water. Everything you need from a hotel.

Just had a lovely stay at this hotel with my mum, great hotel in a fabulous central location. Very clean and comfortable rooms, lots of extra little extras, soft drinks, biscuits, clean towels provided daily, free wi fi. Staff very helpful and friendly, will definitely be returning later in the summer, thanks for a lovely stay.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Eastleigh has an enviable location, conveniently close to the seafront, Skegness Pier and North Parade, and an easy walk to the beach, the centre of town, the bowling greens and Embassy Theatre. All rooms are comfortably furnished, well-appointed doubles arranged over three floors and all are en-suite with showers. Rooms at the front have a limited sea-view, and all other rooms face the rear of the property. Many unexpected little extras make a stay at The Eastleigh a little more special. The Eastleigh is 'room-only' and does not offer any meals, which is reflected in the attractive room rates. Allocated parking in the private car park is available for some rooms, otherwise there is ample on-street unlimited free parking. ... more   less
