This was our 4th stay at the Willoughby Arms. Rooms are pleasant and well equipped, the hot water system in the bathroom has been upgraded since our last vidit in 2014, a great improvement. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is just as good as we remembered and the restaurant is very good. Definitely recommend

Lovely little pub with add on stone cottage/stable block converted into rooms. Our usual hotel was fully booked, but came across The Willoughby Arms through online suggestion. Arrived late lunchtime on Friday and nothing was too much trouble. Ordered steak and onion sandwich which was so tender. Served with chips and salad for under a tenner. Drink prices reasonable -...

Really lovely stay here, the bedroom had plenty of room and comfortable bed. The meal in the Pub was excellent could recommend either the beef and Stilton pie or the burger are good too. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place..beautiful views and nice people and food. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were in the annex and it was so peaceful and secluded. The staff were very attentitive during our evening meal, making sure we were happy with our food and checking whether more drinks were wanted. Would definately visit again 😊

My mother, me and my three children decided to stay over night here to extend a day at the coast. A beautiful 18th century building which apart from the modern but fitting decor still retains most original features and had a fabulous historical atmosphere. It was a cold rainy evening when we arrived so the log burning fire and friendly...
