Although we are regular visitors to Poole, this was our first stay in the hotel. We booked for 3 nights. Everyone in the hotel/Loch Fyne were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was spotless and the room was attended to every day. Our room was at the back of the hotel, it was a reasonable size and we were not disturbed... More

We went here during our Summer holiday in Bournemouth. It was a Monday evening and the restaurant was busy. It was after we sat down that the waitress informed us that there was no cod or hake available which wiped out a lot of the menu options. We then waited for an hour and twenty minutes without any food which... More

Nice comfortable room, clean and tidy. The breakfast was very tasty, compliments to the head chef. Tea and milk refilled in the room each day. Also nice packets of biscuits left in the room each day. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and would stay again. Would definitely recommend it.

This is ideal for a couple of nights. We stayed in room 8 which is right at the top. Large bedroom with very comfortable bed. Good bathroom with shower and lovely white fluffy towels. Breakfast included which was excellent. Would recommend.

The best thing about this B & B is the second B, breakfast was very good, but... Don't stay here if you want top quality accommodation, the room was ok, just as a bed for the night. It would only be 2 stars without breakfast As we entered the room we were greeted by a light switch which did not... More

Check your room No. before booking. Well we arrived to a very pleasant looking building, booked in and well that's where it went wrong we had the broom cupboard for a bedroom, it really was small you even had to make sure the coffee table was well back to open the bathroom sorry shower door, not a good start. It... More

This is a small hotel in a good location with well equipped, light and airy rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was excellent and have a wide selection on offer. I would certainly book it again if I am in the area.

To be honest I was deflated by the experience here. The parking on arrival... 10 cars at the most! The reception desk huddled at the bottom of the staircase where there were piles of housekeeping items. First floor room 5 farthest away from the kitchen end. Apart from compact room the most annoying thing was the bloody vibrating of something... More

Even though we booked a table we had to wait nearly half and hour. The seafood was delicious, all cooked to perfection. All freshly prepared. Mussels were prepared nicely with no grit which can be a problem. The wait was a fair while between drinks and starters, starters and main course. This was due to the amount of people so... More
