Arrived in late afternoon in november. Small bedroom was very cold, but there was an electric fire provided. It only had 3 legs but I managed to prop it up with a shoe! About 45 mins later the room was sufficiently warm to risk a shower. Wifi worked well, but had to to unplug the radiator in order to plug...

Lovely. Great service. Very friendly staff and no rush. The lobster was so fresh and the eggs cooked to pefection. It was a delightful breakfast, lobster, champagne, orange juice, toast and coffee. Cant wait to go back for the mussel's. Will book again. Cant wait.

We have been coming here for quite some time, my fiancé even longer... years. I think today was the last . We sat down, left and ignored by the staff for a long time. When we did get to order and get service it was a manager we'd never seeing before: Paul. He was very abrupt, rude as well. Just...

What didnt we like! Where the bloody hotel was situated. Being a short walk from Poole harbour, is a bloody joke. Our trip was based on being near to Poole Harbour, not stuck up a steep hill no where near the area we had booked into. This hotels description needs to be changed, our few days away was ruined and...

Stayed here one night. On arrival, the member of staff who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 6 which was very clean with pleasant decor but small. Just about fitted a double in bed in it. But the radiators did not work and a small electric fire was left in the room. The room...

.....yes, our room was a bit small, the mattress a little odd and there was no view to speak of but everything else made up for this. After all, how much time do you spend in your room in an area such as Canford Cliffs? All staff were extremely polite and friendly, asking after our day and willing to spend...

Not been to a loch fyne for a while and always had a high opinion. The menu seems to have been extended to include more 'land' options (non-fish) which is good. Opted for fish finger bap - not hard to get that right eh? Well it was horrible. Brioche bap (which is wrong to start with) was too big and...
