Can’t fault this hotel in a great location on Poole Quay. Clean and safe with all PPE in place. Lovely, comfortable room, large bed and slept very well. Excellent breakfast served to your table. Very good cocktails.

A great position right by Poole Quay. We stayed overnight and had breakfast the next morning. The staff were friendly, our room was spotless, and the full English was excellent. PPE was carried out well. We have already booked a return visit. Thanks

Had a lovely trip with my partner. Room was fit for purpose, however, the bathroom, breakfast, hotel bar were all lovely. The whole experience was great, especially with everything going on in the current climate. The hotel was well geared up.

Booked an impromptu night here, and were glad we did; we were offered a standard room (shower, no bath) plus breakfast for a better price than we were expecting, but on checking in we were given a nice room with a bath! The covid precautions were clear, and obviously they negatively affect the hotel experience, but it is what it is...the bar and bistro areas were lovely, breakfast was good, although rather slow service which we imagine is due to the changes implemented? The staff were all very pleasant, and mostly helpful. The location is good, close to the quay activity, but being a Monday, much was closed unfortunately. Overall, this seems to be one of the better hotels in the area, but I would say it does still have a slight ‘chain’ rather than ‘boutique’ hotel vibe about it?

Lovely 2 night stay in a pretty Poole harbour. Room great, outside area lovely to sit out for breakfast and in the evening. Enjoyed the cocktails! and food at breakfast and dinner all excellent. Main thing that made the stay special was that despite them having to wear masks, all the staff on reception and bar and restaurant were so friendly and welcoming.. Thank you for a lovely stay- we will save up to come again!
