This Holiday Inn needs a refurb. Tired and dated decor everywhere: reception, bar and lounge area and restaurant and the rooms. The long white corridors made me feel like I was in a sanatorium! Leisure facilities also well beyond their sell by date.
Stayed for one night. First impression good. Large car park. Receptionist friendly and efficient. Room was as expected, bathroom a little on the small side but clean and functional. Dinner and breakfast were good, reasonably priced.
2nd week ...all staff friendly and helpful ..restaurant has been above expectation. ..although the sweets are a bit average. .room comfortable and air conditioning a major plus in a heatwave only surpassed since 1976...minor niggle the key cards for the rooms are very temperamental. ..drinks...More
