Premier inn hotel itself was ok. Very quiet, not many guests . Helpful staff. But the adjoining Brewers Fayre was the worst we've ever encountered. Simply awful. Rubbish management, processes. Lack of enough staff to cope too. Food took 45 minutes and then was not that hot. Lots of other people complaining around us. Breakfast was ok but again a... More

Very functional place to stay - in industrial are SE of Ipswich - close to A14. We had the family room which had a double bed plus 2 singles - so perfect for us. Bathroom is good - with strong shower over bath. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms have tea making facilities. Highly Recommend

This was my first stay at any Premier Inn and I wasn't expecting much - I had it very much in the 'low-grade budget chain' box in my head. But my perception has completely changed thanks to the outstanding reception staff and the high quality of the bed, linens and room generally. With decent free wifi and a good breakfast... More

Room was clean and a good size, ongoing building work on site (December 2015), but apart from a slightly dusty smell no disruption was caused. I was on the ground floor and every move the people upstairs made could be heard through the very creaky floor but was fine once they went to bed ! Really comfy bed and a... More

My wife and I have just returned from a weekend stay at the Hotel. The Hotel is ideally situated just off the A14 with easy reach to Ipswich, Woodbridge etc. The Hotel is small(an extension is being built) and well presented. The rooms are moderate in size but adequate. The staff are friendly and keep the rooms clean and tidy. I... More

This Premier Inn is exactly what you would expect from the chain. Clean room, extremely comfy bed and a good bathroom with a powerful shower. Breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre pub and, again, this was the standard that you would expect from the chain. The hotel is very close to one of the junctions of the A14... More

This is a great hotel, I can't fault the premier inn chain, only downside is the building work currently going on there, and unfortunately during my stay the wifi wasn't working which is a shame as they offer free wifi as part of the package, apart from that it's a lovely hotel, nice room, great bathroom and the bed is... Our stay here was great, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet compared to other hotels, no street/road noise to disturb your sleep. Bedroom and bathroom clean and good to have choice of pillow too! great stay and will stay again! Local restaurant offered food all day and had a nice bar for drinks.

We stayed at this Premier Inn for 3 nights, for the first time last week. The hotel is conveniently located just off the A14, close to an area of restaurants, and with it's own Swallow Restaurant (Brewers Fayre) next door. Within a 3 minute drive there is a Harvester, Frankie & Benny's, Toby Carvery etc.and also a fish and chip shop,... More

Very satisfied with all aspects of this visit and appreciated the help provided by the booking arrangements and with the staff on site in providing a room suitable for a partially disabled visitor and help during the visit.
