Me and my partner loved every minute spend in this hotel! Very nice and very friendly people, Owner explained everything on our arrival. And very nice view from our room (as you can see on pic). I would come and stay here again !
We stayed here after reading previous reviews. Joni & Mark are fantastic hosts and their hotel is a gem. The room we stayed had a sea view of the West side of Llandudno, perfect view.

Beautiful rooms, breakfasts are the best we have ever had, scrambled eggs divine. Hosts are lovely, beds are the comfiest we have slept in, cannot wait to book again. Location is also good, a short walk to all the attractions.

Hello this is the hotel. One dog is permitted to stay in our first floor rooms, by prior arrangement. Dogs are not permitted to sleep on the beds, naturally, but are allowed in the room. They must be kept on the lead in the hotel public areas and grounds. They are not permitted in the dining room. We do not allow to be dogs to be left at any time unattended in the rooms, with the exception of when guests are taking breakfast, when we expect guests to use their discretion as to whether their own dogs will be happy to be left in the room quietly. We also have a resident cat which dogs must be respectful towards. I hope this clears up our rules. We are dog lovers and do make dogs very welcome however.
