We had a warm welcome by staff. Plenty of food to eat. The bed room was very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful. We would go again. Because we got there a little late , they offered us complimentary tea and scones the next afternoon.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Have stayed at this hotel several times and we always look forward to returning. Lovely refurbished room with sea view and very clean. Food good and all staff very pleasant. Great entertainment every evening. Many guests return time and time again so we nearly always see someone that we have met there... More

A 4 night stay on a bridge holiday and my first time at this venue. Some positives - warm welcome with complimentary tea & tasty scone (nice touch);plenty of staff who are cheerful and committed; a central location on the promenade at Llandudno; fast wifi in the very comfortable lounge; comfortable bed (shame about the crackly plastic undersheet though). However...hotel... More

How lovely to have waiter service at breakfast. The hotel was well maintained and our room had been recently renovated. We were part of a large group so the waiting staff were stretched but continued to be happy and helpful. Shame about the seagulls that kept me awake!

Went to this hotel with large group. It was in a good central position on the promenade, but unfortunately our room faced the back of the hotel and was very unattractive. The seagulls were incredibly noisy. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and waiter service. The evening meal was also good with approx 3 choices for each... More

We were here two years ago and it wasn't as good this year . Fri. on arrival we were told that there would be a limited evening meal menu . Choice and actual meal was disappointing. The bedroom was tidy but the bathroom was tiny and I could imagine a large person having problems entering and leaving . On the... More

I had a nice clean room with a comfortable bed and en suite bath and toilet. I was on a Monday - Friday coach trip with Colingtree Coaches (Northampton) The hotel was on the sea front facing the promenade and beach and with a clear view of The Great Orme. - which is a beautiful cliff side nature reserve, well... This is our third visit to this hotel. Asked for and received a quiet room at the rear which overlooked the town and mountains. The room had been refurbished and was large, bright and airy. Would ask for this room again.Food was good and staff excellent. Will return.
