Oh dear! It's such a shame when a hotel is so perfectly situated in probably the best position in Llandudno - slap bang in the centre of the Promenade, a stone's throw from the beach - that they don't make the most of it! The whole place just looks so lack-lustre. Peeling exterior paintwork, hanging baskets containing half-dead flowers and... More

This hotel is MUCH too expensive for what you get! Good points: All the staff we met were pleasant and polite. The waiters were especially helpful and cheerful. The bedding itself was crisp and clean.Towels O.K. Furniture newish and clean. The hotel is in a good position on the front. Bad points: First impression was a disappointment as all very... More

Do not book this hotel. I will not go into long detail. Service poor. Food poor. Staff rude. No customer care or focus. Genuine complaints ignored. Tired, dirty rooms. 1970's bathrooms and mfi / hygena bedroom furniture. Antiques roadshow would be interested in some of the bedroom furniture! Beds small uncomfortable and worn out. Hygiene rating 3 out of 5... More

Please take a look at the attached pictures. These are only the start of our 'holiday' at Chatsworth House! On arrival we were asked to pay for our stay up front. We now know why !!! There was also a seemingly pointed remark that we had booked via the Internet using booking.com. This was correct. The Internet was some £85... More

On arrival we found the receptionist in charge a male to be unhelpful and quite rude, the reception area was tacky and needs updating, the area at the front of the hotel was neglected badly, the room was very small and hot, there was dust on the back of the headboard, the breakfast was rushed, to be fair this wasn't... The hotel view from the room couldn't be faulted sea view was lovely. The location was great. However the room was very small, the bed had seen better days was very uncomfortable, neither me or my partner slept very well at all. Could hear some one in the next room snoring. The toilet smelt of stale urine and the floor... More
