As a touring performing I have stayed in many B&Bs, hotels and digs but Boscombe House is without a doubt the best one I have stayed in. Anne Cooper is the most wonderful host and goes above and beyond the requirements of a B&B. I was made to feel welcome and my time in Llandudno was so memorable due to...

We were encouraged to arrive by 10a.m. to make the best of our stay. Welcomed with tea, coffee and delicious home made cakes served in the courtyard. Anne is delightful and soon becomes a friend. Nothing is too much trouble and we are always thoroughly spoilt. The breakfasts are delicious, with lots of different fruits, home made preserves, hot scones,...

As a touring actress I've stayed in many guest houses and BnB places before, but this was by far he best stay away from home I've ever had. The house is so beautiful, so is the garden, but it's Anne who makes the stay so special. She welcomed me with open arms, and filled my belly with delicious food all...

Just spent 3 nights at this delightful B&B just minutes from Conwy at Llandudno. Beautiful big bedroom and ensuite, best breakfast we've had in the UK. Walking distance to beach, promenade, and shops. Easy access to Conwy castle and town. Spotlessly clean, easy street parking. Owner welcomes you with tea and cake and ensures you have a good time. Our stay at Boscombe House started with Anne's kind offer of a cuppa and home-made cake in the back yard and a nice chat with our host. After this we enjoyed a wonderful couple of nights. From the king-size bed in a large room, to the delicious breakfasts that included home-made offerings, plus the port and dates by the bedside...

Mrs. Cooper and Boscombe House were recommended by a friend, and I can't recommend both highly enough! King-size bed, king-size bathroom, in fact king-size everything, including the heart of the lady herself. Gluten-free breakfast and snacks were no problem to this lady, and small touches like sherry and dates or walnuts at the bedside were the order of the day....

I stayed at Boscombe House for an Astronomy Conference in Llandudno. Mrs Cooper was a fantastic host. Each morning I was treated to an amazing breakfast which filled me up for the day. Upon my arrival I was met at the train station and driven to her B&B. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. On...

Home-made gluten-free cake on arrival! The house is very convenient for working at Venue Cymru and the hospitality couldn't be bettered. Comfy bed, lots of large towels and a personalised breakfast with gluten-free and vegetarian options.

Cup of quality tea from a silver tea pot with a handsome slice of home made cake upon arrival, fresh dates and a sherry by the bed side upon return from theatre. Home made marmalade and superb fresh coffee with breakfast. When we struggled to arrange a post theatre supper restaurants were contacted and arrangements made. Rather than move and...
