My extended family and I stayed here for two nights in order to attend my mother's funeral. Agar House is located in a pretty tree lined street which is within walking distance of the town centre. There were no problems with parking. Arrangements were made specifically for me to be able to park outside as I am disabled. The owner,... More

We had no difficulty in finding the place. Soon as we entered the reception we were greeted warmly by the landlady Maeve I believe is her name. What a delightful lady full of local knowledge. We were put at ease and felt quite comfortable. The place was clean and very comfortable. Lots of choice for your breakfast. I really like... More

Perfect place to stay in Llandudno in north Wales. Wonderful cheerful hosts, great breakfast, lovely rooms. Set just back from centre so nice and quiet, but close enough to easily walk to all the sites. Highly recommended.

In short: Cosy, warm and charming rooms, impeccably clean, unparalleled kindness and attentiveness of the owners, great local knowledge and good food. Our family (6 of us) ended up in Llandudno while visiting North Wales and were struggling to find accommodation for the evening as it was around 6pm on a weekend. We tried literally dozens of B&Bs, however so... More

Once again, we had a great weekend staying at Agar House where Maeve and Tim made us feel like friends rather than guests. Their standards remain as high as ever and we are already booked to go back again next year. Maeve and Tim will help with any dietary requirements including gluten free etc (though I would advise giving them... More

We decided to make the most of the hot weather at the beginning of June and booked an impromptu weekend in Llandudno. We chose Agar House as it looked central and it had excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. We were delayed arriving and Maeve and Tim kept in touch via phone. Upon arrival, Maeve was incredibly helpful, directing us... More
