A case of Agatha Christie or Hercue Poirot? A lovely old hotel that has kept its character befitting its age. Close to spectacular views overlooking Comwy Bay & the town of Llandudno. Staff welcoming pleasant & knowledgeable of the history of the hotel & local area. No dinner but full delicious breakfast. Must visit again.

Firsty, I had put comments on my booking that I was 8 1/2 months pregnant and needed a lower floor room as there is no lift, we were put on the 3rd floor. Once we got in the room it was completely filthy, the bed sunk to the floor when we sat on it and was on a near enough... More

A lovely quaint hotel in a surprising Llandudno. Hotel was a little worn but clean, welcoming, with fantastic sea views. Receptionist was lovely and the location perfect. Breakfast was nice, however the eggs were a bit flavourless, although that was the only thing I could fault with the whole stay. Great value for money!

We had requested a room with a sea view and so glad that we got it. Fantastic views. The staff at the Headlands are amazing and cannot do enough to help. The room was in need of a bit of a refurb but suited us perfectly.

We stayed here for one night on the 10th September for my birthday which my boyfriend had organised and paid for . He chose really well, it is a wonderful Hotel and would highly recommend it to my friends. Our room was beautiful almost a Victorian feel to it, but had everything we needed with the most stunning views .... More

Anyone who likes Llandudno for its Victorian charm with love this hotel. Beautiful building with stunning view from garden at front. The view of the sea / mountains is awesome. We took our dog /kids and they had a great time. Good vegetarian breakfast with vege sausages. It's close to the sea / town with the Orme at the rear.... More

The Hotel was a fabulous hotel, we were on the top floor, views of the bay and cable cars. Room 43 was a family room, very clean, building was very old, listed building with wooden stair case, breakfast was fabulous, would definitely visit again. No lift so if you are disabled or frail this is not the place for you,... More

We stayed here for the bank holiday with our 3 grandchildren. The hotel itself has beautiful views, Friendly staff and the interior of the hotel is nice with lots of character. I was however disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel which because of this we will not be going back. We stayed in room 21 which we thought had... More

We were on the second floor (room 37) which comes complete with 4 poster bed. The view overlooks the gardens. Yes, the building is old, but the staircase is fantastic, in places it looks like it could do with some decorating, but it all fits in with the style of building. Parking is a nightmare, so once we had managed... More
