Lovely bed and breakfast spotlessly clean, decent breakfast plenty of choice and good quality. Friendly and helpful. We had a small double at the back with a view of Gt Orme No6 very nicely appointed. En suite fully tiled with shower cubicle (bit small for the more portly of us) shower has thermostatic controls and rose of the needle jet... More

This is my second time of staying with Anne and David and things haven't changed. The standard is set very high by Anne and they work hard at keeping that way. We stayed in room 10 a new room and the view from the window is stunning of the oram. Very large bed Queen size I think. Tv and a... More

Stayed for a week in July, this was our second visit to this house. Ann and Dave are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble. They really make you feel welcome and are very friendly. Dave cooks a good breakfast and Ann keeps us amused with her stories. Mel is great fun too and will help if you need... More

Enjoyed a 3 night stay here with my 2 children. Were made to feel extremely welcome as soon as we arrived. A very clean and comfortable house, my son wanted to take his bed home!. I always worry taking the children new places but I needn't of worried. Location great only a short walk into the centre and lovely and... More

Lovely hotel in a great location, five minutes walk from the town centre and about ten minutes to the pier. Friendly and very chatty owners, who were happy to give any help they could and are clearly very proud of their hotel. The room was lovely and very comfortable. There was a good choice for breakfast and the idea of... More

A well located guest house, a few hundred metres from the train station, with unrestricted on street parking and a 10 minute walk (at most) to Llandudno's main street. A very warm welcome from the hosts, everything well explained and luggage carried to our room. We were in the second floor suite which had a bedroom with king size bed,... More

We are very pleased to know that your visit was such a success. We are very pleased with the two new suites and all of our guests seem to be very comfortable in them. If only we could install a lift, but I do think the two flights of stairs are worth it. I think a Zip wire might be... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Ashlawn House where we received a very warm welcome from all the staff and advise on getting around the local area. The guest house is well maintained, the room was spotlessly clean and looks newly refurbished, with a lovely comfortable bed and everything you need for your stay. Just a short stroll to the... Great host and hostess and lots of 'Thank-you' cards on display. Lovely breakfast room - with tables set up with white tablecloths and nice crockery and cutlery - and breakfast. 2 parking spaces but room on the street. We found our room, Room 5, to be very small with a very small bathroom.

I am sorry that you found your room small. We offer 2 suites - bedroom, sitting room and bathroom, 2 large double rooms with seating areas, 2 very large triple rooms with sofas, 2 small doubles and a single which has a double bed and is our lowest priced room. We try to be very accurate in our descriptions, but... More
