Could hear the music form downstairs on first floor, loudly in room and a person snoring in next room. Didn't eat there as... More

Probably and visibly the most iconic hotel in Llandudno, Grand and all but needs some TLC. Very easy to find, especially if you are coming in from the south and find yourself driving or biking on the sea front Promenade. After several visits, and after mixed feedback and reviews, I decided to check for myself what this hotel was like.... More

Having stayed at various Britannia hotels, I don't usually have cause to complain. This is another world though. Where do I begin? The bedroom: small and cosy up on the fifth floor, to which you can only gain access to by using 2 separate lifts, which is a pain in the backside. Flat screen televisions are installed now, however, the... More

We booked on a whim - didn't read reviews til after booking so were unsure what to expect . Hotel is tired and a bit dated - but it's old! It's got character! Yes it's a bit battered , rooms could do with an update but it was clean and I genuinely can't complain , rooms are reasonable , it's... More

I accompanied my 89 year old mother on a trip with Eastfield Senior Citizens, Cumbernauld on a Glenton trip for 6 nights on 4th July. I will give the positives on the Hotel first. Probably the best position in Llandudno. Room décor was fresh and room 204B was cosy with ample hot water. Fortunately the beds were clean and comfortable.... More

The hotel looks very old in appearance from outside, tired and in need of paint and tidy! Rooms very basic but for the money was clean and tidy enough. Could not use shower as tap was broke to change from tap to shower. Took us a while to park as no parking but managed to get a space close after... More
