Sarah and Berin were lovely hosts while we were in Llandudno. The breakfasts were very tasty, but sharing the football (soccer) game with them watching Wales in the semi-finals of the European Championship was extra special. We had a chance to talk and become fast friends. The house is nice, but the hosts made it a home!!

I visit Llandudno at least once a year and always stay with Berin and Sarah at Glascoed if they have a room available. The welcome is brilliant.. I feel like they are friends rather than proprietors as they always make time to chat or recommend somewhere to eat (Sarah even rang to book for me at my favourite - Home... More

A very warm welcome from Berin and Sarah (even though we arrived early .. sorry) Room 5 was lovely and we had no complaints. Location was very central to all Llandudno had to offer. We had a drink in the bar before going out and upon return and our hosts were very hospitable. Breakfast was excellent quality and cooked to... More

We came here for a wind down couple of days. I've stayed here before but my husband hadn't. Sarah and Berin were perfect hosts yet again and made us feel really welcome. They had decorated our room as well and it was the perfect way to start it off. I can't wait to come back in November!

Berin & Sarah back up their friendly hospitality with attention to detail. Ideally situated, with scrupulously clean and well appointed rooms. The small bar is well stocked with local ales. Add in the lovely breakfast and you have a real home from home.
