The location of the hotel was superb! Near the sea front, shops, restaurants and the Great Orme. Lovely to have your evening meal and then go for a walk along the pier or the prom. Delicious breakfast and evening meal and a good variety. Very friendly staff - helped you to the room with the cases and were very efficient...

A minutes walk from the pier. Lovely room, friendly and attentive staff, it was a great short stay. Our only concern was the lift which bounced a bit when you got in. Be warned - the breakfasts are huge and impossible to say No to!

We have been visiting Llandudno for over 25 years and up until 2 years ago we would always stay at the Imperial Hotel which became our favourite. Our family: I am a disabled mum with mobility problems, my husband as well as working full time cares for both myself and our Autistic 15 year old son. When we stay anywhere...

We had three nights at this Hotel. Food was superb - good selection and really well presented and cooked. Staff were very helpful. Room was a little small (we had the four poster bed room) but it had all the amenities. Parking was a slight problem but staff had this well in hand. All in all I would thoroughly recommend...
