Travelers' Choice
Originally built as a holiday home for a wealthy Victorian family in 1878 and sympathetically converted to retain all of the original character, every detail of the Bryn Derwen has been created to offer a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. An ornate pitch pine staircase leads to nine individually designed, spacious en suite bedrooms with all the facilities you would expect from a 5 Star Bed & Breakfast. You will find us on Abbey Road a quiet leafy tree lined avenue ideally situated on level ground at the foot of the Great Orme. Lyn and Mark have a well earned reputation for offering a friendly first class service with excellent standards of hospitality and pristine housekeeping which is why so many of their guests return year after year.

My sister and I have just spent three wonderful nights at this Fab hotel. Clean and well presented in a great location. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Owners very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely be visiting again in the summer. We can't wait

Booked on the spur of the moment and based on previous reviews. Only stayed the 2 nights in room 3 ( spacious) overlooking the street but very quiet. The whole building has a touch of quality throughout and some nice touches , small milk in a fridge on the landing, USB & electrical sockets next to the bed . A comfy bed , a very good breakfast , excellent owners, what more could you want. Thank you, we will return.

We have stayed in Llandudno loads of times and stayed in all sorts of places but this one really is the best. Fabulous communications when making this booking. The hotel has parking which is a big bonus but we were able to park on the road. A beautiful Victorian building which is beautifully furnished. The garden is lovely and very nice to sit in when the sun is shining. Our room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the road. It was a huge room with loads of wardrobe and drawer space and the bathroom has definitely got that wow factor. Breakfast was served in the dining room at a table specifically designated to us due to Covid rules. Food served was piping hot and plentiful. Lyn and Mark are brilliant hosts and we will definitely be back once this pandemic is over.

Have just returned from a 2 night stay at Bryn Derwen. Cannot fault this lovely place. Welcomed by Lyn & Mark who helped with everything from parking the car to taking the bags to our bedroom. Excellent location,5 minute walk to town centre but very quiet too. The whole place is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is superb, freshly cooked and served to you with plenty of choice. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would go again when in the area. Thankyou
