From the time of our warm welcome with Welsh cakes and coffee to our departure, several days later, we felt at home here. The breakfasts were of the highest quality and the eggs were always prepared to perfection. So far from home, it was nice to have access to such high quality and reliable wi-fi at the end of long... We arrived 3 hours early and we're still given a warm Welsh welcome. Shown to our comfortable ensuite rooms and explained about all the facilities in the house and breakfast timings. The rooms are furnished with quality pieces and the bed was very comfortable. There is wifi throughout. The house is on a quiet road within easy walking distance of... More

First time stay and initial impression was excellent. Steve and Debbie were brilliant. The welcoming pot of tea and cakes were a good surprise. Room was very clean and a good quality bed. Hair drier in room as well as bath robes etc. Excellent breakfast. No faults at all. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone.

Our second stay here and will not be our last hopefully, great hospitality, comfortable room, unlimited supply of tea, coffee etc in room, bottled water and delicious chocolates every day. Plenty of choice for breakfast and a handy car park at rear. Highly recommended.

We keep coming back every Easter for a long weekend. This visit we arrived Thursday and left on Easter Monday. Always a warm welcome from Debbie and Steve. Welsh cakes and a Pot of tea offered on arrival. Unfortunately the weather was not at its best. It did not matter when you have lovely cosy accommodation tastefully decorated warm and... More

A last minute break away in February. Quick check on here and it sounded promising. We weren't disappointed, lovely greeting and a lovely fire to sit in front of of welcome tea and cakes, which was a great touch. The building itself is a credit to the owners, a huge building to look after but they certainly do that. Our... More

Lovely lounge area with real fire. Complementary tea with welsh cakes. Bedroom was spotless, plenty of towels and good shower. Owners got up early to serve continental breakfast as we had to leave very early. Great parking. Would stay again.

Our fifth visit to this wonderful guest house. As always Steve and Debbie were so welcoming, making us feel at home immediately. Our room was lovely, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfasts superb. Great location - just a short walk to the tramway for the Great Orme, the shops and the sea front. We cannot recommend this place more highly... More
