This was our first stay and will not be our last. A lovely welcome from Steve and Debbie. We have enjoyed the well kept rooms and lounge area, breakfast is well cooked with a good choice of cereals and the fresh melon, berries with yoghurt are a treat. It is situated within a ten minute walk of Llandudno shops and... More

From the time of our warm welcome with Welsh cakes and coffee to our departure, several days later, we felt at home here. The breakfasts were of the highest quality and the eggs were always prepared to perfection. So far from home, it was nice to have access to such high quality and reliable wi-fi at the end of long... The rooms are furnished with quality pieces and the bed was very comfortable. There is wifi throughout. The house is on a quiet road within easy walking distance of... More

First time stay and initial impression was excellent. Steve and Debbie were brilliant. The welcoming pot of tea and cakes were a good surprise. Room was very clean and a good quality bed. Hair drier in room as well as bath robes etc. Excellent breakfast. No faults at all. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone.

A last minute break away in February. Quick check on here and it sounded promising. We weren't disappointed, lovely greeting and a lovely fire to sit in front of of welcome tea and cakes, which was a great touch. The building itself is a credit to the owners, a huge building to look after but they certainly do that. Our... More
