Dear Submariner12 I'm very suprised and disappointed to hear that you were cold during your stay as you can appreciate we do not have the central heating on when the weather is so hot but we do have portable radiators available on request. On the other hand I am very pleased that you enjoyed your stay and all other aspects...

Came here with a bus tour. Right on the Promenade but makes no difference if your room is at the back! On entering the hotel the first thing noticed unfortunately was the fact the decor is old so makes the place look shabby. There is just one small elevator (didnt bother us but there was lots of elderly people so...

The County is situated on the promenade and has lovely bay views (from sea facing rooms). It is situated quite a long way from the main town and central attractions so be prepared for a good, but very pleasant, flat walk. Central Llandudno is nice and has a good pier and of course the Great Orme (a tram ride up...

We stayed at The County this week travelling via Shearings. When we booked we asked for a twin bed room and shower because my husband had just come out of hospital. We also paid £60 for a sea view room. What a joked the window was probably 4ft x 4ft. Room more like a broom cupboard, not what we were...

Dear PatsyJ42 My apologise for your obvious disappointment with your stay with us. It seems we didn't manage to get anything right for you. It sounds like you booked a double and not a twin I do think perhaps your expectations should have been more realistic when you booked a budget holiday. Kind Regards Andy Travis General Manager

We stayed last week - hotel clean, and waiting and bedroom staff were courteous and helpful. Food was good, particularly the breakfast. Our bedroom though was very small at the back on the 2nd floor with a noisy kitchen fan directly below, and an equally small bathroom. I was totally unable to turn off the hot tap in the bath...

Had a three night stay with National Holidays. Despite having requested a sea view room, I was allocated a tiny, decrepit room in what looked like the attic.
