This hotel is beautifully located right on the seafront at Llanfaifechan. The room we had (Puffin Suite) was super with great views. The breakfast choice and quality were first class. The hosts, Sharon and Paul were very friendly and the service was very good.

The Min Y Don Hotel at Llandudno does not have a lift. I suppose this is one of the reasons it does not have a higher "rating" for facilities. However, this lack of facility rating means it is a relatively cheap place to stay. As many of the other things you require from an hotel (such as location, quality of food and service) are good at the Min Y Don you could consider discussing with the management your needs, perhaps stipulating a lower floor bedroom.
