We went to Llandudno for 2 nights/3 days and enjoyed staying at this hotel. We had three children under 7 years with us and we had a family room. The room was fine and as the weather was excellent we only slept in the room, The food was nice and the children ate everything. We had read on Tripadvisor that... More

I always struggle with the star rating on trip advisor because you can either have poor, or average. If there was a below average button I would have clicked that! The room was the cheapest room online and we booked last minute so just went with it. Check in was easy and simple and the woman was friendly enough. We... More

Well, hear we go again...another trip to sunny Llandudno...and I do mean sunny. Stopping this time at The Queens Hotel. A loverly Victoria building (as all are there), in need of a little re-furbishment..again as some are in Llandudno. About the Hotel, staff and facilities first... All have a gold star from my wife and me. We had a room... More

Fantastic RESTURANT and well worth a visit great food and good choice of wines and beers. We had a family birthday celebration and staff were very co operative and even served our birthday cake to my wife. They did not have s children's menu but did offer smaller portions .

Bedroom was comfortable enough and very clean. Employees are very polite and friendly. We paid 68 Pounds for a twin (excellent) breakfast included, so the rate price/comfort is excellent. Hotel is well located, very closed to the bay. There is a large off road parking.

Spent 3 nights here for a work conference, my husband and little dog accompanied me. We stayed in the Lodge- comfortable and clean. Although the room was dated looking, it had all the necessery amenities. A special thanks to Shelley the waitress who served us breakfast. She was welcoming and friendly, a true asset for the hotel.

Booked this direct . Arrived at hotel to be told we were in the lodge opposite, there was nothing to suggest that we would not be in the hotel or in fact that there was an annex. I have a difficulty with stairs having looked at the site I didn't think for one moment that I would need to day.... More

I was upset to read your review, especially re the lodge - we "always" advise enquiring guests of the exact location of their accommodation - hotel or lodge - and if it is the lodge , we "always" advise them of the number of steps involved etc. I have no idea what happened in your case, and can but apologise... Katie who works behind the bar is the rudest woman I have ever come across. She tried to give us a jug of water and glasses that had already been used then rolled her eyes at me when I asked for clean glassware! She nevers smiles and I'm not the only customer who feels like this, I've spoken to plenty... More

Thank you for leaving the review: your detailed feedback on a member of our staff is very interesting (particularly as this is the first time we have had negative comments about her) and will be fully discussed with her. More

Nice friendly but professional staff, I stayed in the Lodge, Strange smell (slightly damp) but didn't see any mold. Room was very 1950/60's lots of different patterns and tired looking. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice and again friendly staff.
