Bedroom was comfortable enough and very clean. Employees are very polite and friendly. We paid 68 Pounds for a twin (excellent) breakfast included, so the rate price/comfort is excellent. Hotel is well located, very closed to the bay. There is a large off road parking.

Spent 3 nights here for a work conference, my husband and little dog accompanied me. We stayed in the Lodge- comfortable and clean. Although the room was dated looking, it had all the necessery amenities. A special thanks to Shelley the waitress who served us breakfast. She was welcoming and friendly, a true asset for the hotel.

Booked this direct . Arrived at hotel to be told we were in the lodge opposite, there was nothing to suggest that we would not be in the hotel or in fact that there was an annex. I have a difficulty with stairs having looked at the site I didn't think for one moment that I would need to day.... More

I was upset to read your review, especially re the lodge - we "always" advise enquiring guests of the exact location of their accommodation - hotel or lodge - and if it is the lodge , we "always" advise them of the number of steps involved etc. I have no idea what happened in your case, and can but apologise... Katie who works behind the bar is the rudest woman I have ever come across. She tried to give us a jug of water and glasses that had already been used then rolled her eyes at me when I asked for clean glassware! She nevers smiles and I'm not the only customer who feels like this, I've spoken to plenty... More

Thank you for leaving the review: your detailed feedback on a member of our staff is very interesting (particularly as this is the first time we have had negative comments about her) and will be fully discussed with her. More

Nice friendly but professional staff, I stayed in the Lodge, Strange smell (slightly damp) but didn't see any mold. Room was very 1950/60's lots of different patterns and tired looking. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice and again friendly staff.

Llandudno is a picturesque placw, which retains much of its past. The pier is the central spot for seeking the old style kiosks, games, and usual attractions associated with a seaside place. Look behind the promende and you will find almost every type of store you could wish for. Several churches/chapels have concerts with choirs, or bands. There are places... More

Wonderful staff, fabulous food and they have thought of everything - even to glasses of water on the tables at dinner. Only fault is no toiletries provided so do take your own. Lovely stay with my mum & dad who are 83 and loved it. So much so that we are back again this weekend!

Booked for 24 meals with a varied menu. Sorted. All together in a nice little annex. A waiter and waitress met out needs. Faultless service and great food at a good price. Fish, roast beef, ham salad, plus boiled potatoes, carrots, peas and tea or coffee to follow. Not one complaint. Excellent, well done, we shall be back.

The food was pretty good. My room wasn't very good compared to others in the group. It was in need of a complete refurb, also quite noisy from pipe work all night. I had to get earplugs. Some rooms were really nice so I guess they are hoping to get them all cleaned up eventually. It was worth the price... More

Great holiday in a wonderful hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Two lifts for 8 people so never had to wait. What can I say about the food. Plentiful, varied and delicious and the staff were even prepared to cook something not on the menu if requested. My wife was a catering manager for years and she was more than... More
