We arrived by coach and nobody from the hotel could be bothered to welcome us. The porterage was slow and cases went to the wrong rooms. Service at dinner was very slow to say the least, served by sullen staff who commented on the fact there were "too many chiefs and not enough Indian's" waiting 45 mins for a main course... More

Mick, many thanks for your TripAdvisor review. I would initially like to outline that as yet, absolutely no changes have been made to the management structure of the hotel. The two ‘family’ Directors have simply been replaced by two General Managers. Similarly, hotel operations are continuing as they always have so that we may identify areas of strength and opportunities... More

my daughter and I stayed one night here and I cannot praise the staff enough for everything they did for us. The reception staff were so welcoming and a special thank you to the young man who came to replace our broken hairdryer and then went out of his way to get my heavily pregnant daughter a larger towel( bath... I didn't stay at this hotel but I went there on Friday with my dancing crowd. We went for a meal and then a dance in the afternoon and I can honestly say that it was a great experience. As I say I don't know what the hotel is like to stay in but I can highly recommend the food.... More

Our room this time was at the back over looking the roof tops. It was very clean with a small bath room plenty of towels. The room was small but adequate for our needs. The restaurant was good. Service excellent. Good choice of menu with good portions. The staff all very helpful. Over all very good value for the money.

When we arrived and got to our room we had a super sea view and our grandson had his own separate room with his own T/V. We found the staff most obliging and helpful. We were only there for B&B the breakfast was very good plenty of choice. Perfect location and the ambiance of Llandudno is excellent.

We decided to take advantage of the bank holiday weather with an overnight stay in Llandudno. We booked room only for one night, when we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and made us very welcome. The room was a reasonable size and clean, although the decor was quite dated. The bathroom was small but again very clean. Went for... More

We stayed at The Queens Hotel over the August Bank holiday weekend. The service we received was excellent. Food in the restaurant was of a high standard and there was lots of choice. We really enjoyed our short break and will return at sometime in the future.
