What a lovely hotel this is.staff are so helpful. Rooms are comfortable and very tastefully decorated and furnishings are very modern. Plenty of storage and hanging space. The hotel has a very clean airy modern feel with touches of art deco. Breakfast is served at weekends between 7.30 and 10.30 am so no mad rush you really do feel relaxed...

Once again stayed at the Bay, (Judging the Salon Culinaire at the College), for 4 nights and overall had a much better experience than a year ago! Very comfortable bed and clean bed-room, even if the shower was rather small! Only had Breakfast on the last day, (Friday), and it was very good. Where we did experience the biggest improvement,...

Excellent location, great for walking around the Great Orme, perfect for the theatre Cymru. Excellent dinner and breakfast, nice common rooms, friendly staff. The room was small the shower would not be suitable for anyone over 6ft or over 11stone no bath.. Every thing you need in the room loved the smart tv. Hotel decor modern.

What can I say? Came for one night as a birthday surprise and thanks to the excellent efficiency and helpfulness of Beth at reception, we ended up extending our stay for the weekend. I cannot praise the staff enough, they were welcoming, professional and incredibly customer focused. Our deluxe room had wonderful views across the bay and was nicely furnished....

One of my favourite treats is an afternoon tea and this hotels version is high up on my list. The hotel is very refined and quiet - a must for an afternoon tea and the main restaurant has a lovely view over the sea which we could take in whilst sipping our Prosecco 'starter'. The afternoon tea arrived and it...

Over all a lovely experience, parked directly outside, all staff friendly and welcoming and eager to help, room warm and comfortable and quiet, with everything we needed, food in the evening was enjoyed by all but...

Stayed 2 nights lovely clean bright hotel with friendly staff, we stayed in a standard double room with shower and sea view, there is free parking on the prom but can be busy and hotel is at the far end of the prom away from the pier which was not a problem as it is an enjoyable walk. The dining...

Just got back after 2 nights. Lovely modern hotel. Rooms were really nice, with modern fabrics and furnishings. The bathrooms had elemis toiletries. The food was excellent, both the breakfast and evening meal , very good value too. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would have given it 4.5 stars but that's not possible. The only reason I...
