My friend and I were on a day trip to Llandudno and decided that a cream tea would be a nice treat. We spotted that The Marlborough Hotel was offering cream teas to non residents. The exterior of the hotel looked nice - unfortunately the interior did look in need of some updating. However the staff were very welcoming so... More

Superb staff make up for somewhat outdated facilities and decor. Our twin room was rather cramped but adequate; parking was nearly impossible, even though booked. Excellent location and breakfast plentiful, cooked to order and tasty. Clientele largely elderly coach parties to which it is highly suited.

The Marlborough Hotel is a beautiful hotel set in a great position just off from the Promenade, with commanding views of the Llandudno Pier, the Great Orme and of the North Shore. The staff are exceptionally and cannot be faulted. From the management down, they are helpful, polite and can't do enough for you. The decor is still slightly dated... More

This is a really nice place to stay and in a great location. The rooms are clean and it has an old fashioned charm. The breakfast is cooked to order and was very nice. The staff made it though they are so lovely and helpful. Car park space at the back can be booked if available.

this was the first time we had stayed at the Marlborough which we chose because it was pet friendly. The building is typical of a Victorian seaside hotel and is ideally placed for the seafront and local shops. We were particularly impressed with how all staff and the owner were so attentive to our needs. My partner and I were... More

The staff are very friendly the hotel was clean and the room was more than comfortable. We also took our 2 dogs with us and it was the first time they had stayed in a hotel and there was no problems. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning (as long as we can take... More

Today we have returned after spending two nights in the care of the Marlborough Staff. My husband is blind and has had three strokes so taking him to a hotel is a challenging exercise. This was our first outing for almost a year and it was with great trepidation we set off on Thursday. we need not have worried as the... Stayed here with a group of friends, the staff are so friendly, go out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, a bit dated, but have everything you need for a good nights sleep. Chris the bar man is really good, chatty, friendly, yet very efficient. Good food with fair choice in the restaurant, prepared... More
