We have stayed in this hotel a few years running as we have a young son and he loves Llandudno.. The reason we choose this hotel again and again is its so clean and always has been. It's excellent value for money if you want a basic clean place to stay with friendly staff it's the one for you! Mike... More

All in all this is a lovely hotel with lots of potential. Unfortunately for us it was some staff that let it down. Barman! On the phone constantly while serving if not on the phone outside the front door having a cigarette! Someone asked for a cup of tea and was told don't do tea you will have to make... More

We had a 5 day break at the Winchmore Hotel and we couldn't have been better looked after, we need a room with disabled access but more importantly a wet room thus hotel has 2, our room was accessed from the car park with our own space to sit out, the dining room is on the same level and there... My partner and I booked what was referred to as a 'basic' double room in the annexe as it had direct, flat access from the car park. It was anything but basic, a good sized room beautifully decorated (we were only the 3rd booking) with plenty of cupboards and drawer storage space. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was... This was our 2nd visit to the Winchmore and it did not disappoint. We had a beautiful premier sea view room and would most definitely request this room again. The room was fresh and clean with lovely decor and extremely comfortable seats in the window where we enjoyed watching the world go by and looking at the views. The staff... More

We stayed here as part of a wedding party in May and had an absolutely lovely weekend. The best part of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff were, they all went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay, including opening the bar early for my sister and her new husband who had a... Alot of money for a 'hotel', It's a B & B. Our room had a really damp smell and it was tiny. We couldn't even close the door in the shower in the En-suite. For a man that's over 6ft and a 5ft8 pregnant woman this was no fun at all. Also wifi in the room was a disaster, they... More
