Visited Llandudno a bit later than normal but no regrets as the weather was great and as we've come to expect Karen and Tony were the perfect hosts. The accommodation is second to none and Tony's breakfasts are spot on. This is a very welcoming venue and nothing's too much trouble for Karen and Tony. I unhesitatingly recommend Holcombe House,...

We stayed here for a few nights in room on top floor- very clean and comfortable bed. Karen and Tony are lovely hosts. Greeted with tea in the parlor and they helped us get dinner reservations. If we get back to northern wales this is the place we will stay! Breakfast was wonderful and they gladly accommodated an early breakfast...

Just returned from our four days' break at Holcombe House. I can only describe it as perfect. The Guest House is lovely and Karen and Tony wonderful hosts, who went out of their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Tony's breakfasts were amazing and very generous; definitely set you up for a day's...

We booked 2 double rooms for 2 nights and due to our requirements, I had to ring to book. By the end of the conversation I felt like I'd known Karen for years, she was so warm and friendly, and I knew we would have a great stay. Holcombe House did not disappoint, from the first offer of a cup...

This was our first visit to Holcombe House. It was a last minute booking and I had to phone during the breakfast service for which I apologised but Karen couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, within 30 minutes she had rang back to confirm our booking .We stayed in room 2 which was well appointed and comfortable. Spent 3 nights here recently with my 2 sisters. We had a twin and a single room. Both were spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Karen and her husband Tony who run the guesthouse were so helpful and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the tea and biscuits provided in the resident's lounge on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble, from suggestions...

I have returned yet again to enjoy the excellent luxuries that Karen and Tony provide to make a holiday everything that you could want, from the comfort and cleanliness of the bedrooms, I was in Llewellyn on the 2nd floor, to the magnificent breakfast of which there is a great choice. I can't wait to book in for another visit.

A wonderful holiday with everything you could possibly want away from home. Beautiful breakfasts with quality ingredients. Very near the ( 2-3 minutes )sea front, restaurants and town centre. It really was the jewel in the crown of Llandudno's accommodation industry far better overall than the big hotels. A place you would really want to go to again. Roger and...
