Overnight stay room was very small although clean and adequate. Breakfast was a very small portion one sausage and one piece of bacon. They didn't have any cranberry juice and limited breakfast menu. Hotel is ok for overnight stay.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. Basic but clean and bed very comfortable. Would only suggest they slow down on the service of the breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. We believe it was very good value for the money.

Booked just for an overnight stay as we were visiting friends in the area. The parking arrangements are first class only having to pay £1 for 24 hours. The room was ok, if a bit dated but had all that we required. I had an indication what to expect when in the bar, instead of peanuts or crisps on the bar... More

I went on a holiday with David Ogden holidays to Eastbourne. This is my review for room 209. From the outside the hotel looks good. Walk into the lounge pretty good. The dining room also good. Food and service excellent. It is when you leave this area it goes downhill. If you are not very mobile there is a lift,... More

This was our first visit to Haddon Hall Hotel. On arrival a very friendly lady welcomed us at the reception. Our rooms were ready for us to take our luggage to & that was at 12.30. I had a single room, small but had everything I needed for 2 nights. The bedding & towels were clean & very white! Tea... More

I chose this hotel purely through the excellent reviews I had read on Trip Advisor. As stated the staff were unfailingly helpful and meals were quickly served, but my room, being a single, was extra small and no one had pointed out the disadvantages of being so near to the Bandstand. It was possible to hear all the tribute bands... More

Me and my partner were only 18 but we had found this place brilliant to stay in; We did find that there was more of an older generation around but we had enjoyed it because I was calm and quiet. The staff was so polite, the food was good, The bedroom itself was amazing and clean, it is also really... More

Booked this at the last minute as we were attending a festival nearer to Brighton which we received the tickets the day before as the original people couldn't attend. As we would be out for the two days we only needed a bed for the Saturday night so we were not too fussed as long as it was clean, tidy,... More

This is a large hotel just off the sea front that appears to deal largely with the more elderly members of society. You will not get noisy parties in the room next door at 3am. All the staff I dealt with were extremely pleasant, and I was astonished at the efficiency of the breakfast personnel. There were perhaps 60+ people... More
