Came to Eastbourne in May 2016 for a Royal British Legion conference. And stayed in the Palm Court Hotel. for a long weekend, with our standard bearer. Our room was very large, with a large bathroom. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Although Evening meals were an option we only had breakfast, as we never new what time... More

2 minute walk to esplanade, free parking paid for by hotel, traditional looking building well maintained exterior, interior the same with a lift, decor, furnishings and fittings to match. Our very clean twin room was more than adequate very comfortable beds, couple of lounge chairs, tea/coffee, fresh towels & toiletries, large bathroom (shower could be a bit more powerful, but... My sister who is disabled and I stayed at The Palm Court for a week . Couldn't fault anything at all. We had a disabled twin bedded room with a wheelchair access shower which was great. The room was spacious with everything you needed including an iron and ironing board. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We stayed on half board and... More

My Mother, Sister and myself came for a little holiday. Our rooms were comfortable, very clean and contained everything you need. We even had irons and ironing boards which in some hotels you have to ask for. The food was lovely, breakfast and evening meal. The evening meals I shall remember for a long time. This is a relaxing hotel... More

I had a single room, and it was very comfortable and extremely clean. I had all that I needed. Lovely bedding, comfortable bed, tv, and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent. Wonderful selection of food, an absolute feast. All the staff were very friendly too. I came with two friends specifically for the tennis, and the hotel... More

The room was excellent more than enough space to move around. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. A well located hotel. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice cereals fruit and toast, I am told superb porridge, and a good typical English fried breakfast.

I stayed at the Palm Court Hotel having booked through a conference website. It is a sweet, if slightly tired, place with very friendly, helpful staff for the most part and the areas I saw were very clean but it is very clearly aimed at those who are visiting Eastbourne to have a nice rest, not those who may need... We were booked into the Palm Court Hotel by a colleague and stayed 2 nights. We don't normally like to stay in the smaller hotels / guest houses as you never know what you're going to get but were very pleasantly surprised. The staff / owners were friendly, polite and efficient. The corridors were a little on the narrow side... More

This is our second holiday at Palm Court, the first being in 2013, and we returned because of our complete satisfaction with the first visit. The hotel, staff and food are still excellent. This year we had 43 passengers and everyone is happy that we should return in the future. It's just so obvious that David and Louise want to... More
