We stayed for a quick weekend break in Eastbourne. This was a very nice place to stay; it was very quiet and the hosts were very attentive. Everything was immaculate in the suite and the rest of the hotel, and the location is very close to the water and not far from town/restaurants. The suite we stayed in (3) had... More

A great place in a great town. The location is perfect, five minutes to the beautiful beach and pier, five minutes to the charming town centre. Very, very nice, cheerful and helpful owners, tasty breakfast, stunning rooms in a beautiful Georgian building - a lot of atmosphere. I sure would like to come back, and so would my sister and... This is a great find and very close to the seafront and pier. The guesthouse is very much a home from home and everyone is made to feel very welcome. The rooms are tastefully decorated and well equipped. Lots of lovely touches including choccies in the room. It was also very useful to have a galley kitchen to make tea... More

Was here for two nights - building and room stunning. Done to a very high quality. Breakfast smelled great but i made most of the kitchen in my suit. The family who own the place were very friendly too - cannot recommend this place enough!

This guest house offers authentic Victorian-style accommodation half a block from the sea in this delightful English beach town. We stayed in a twin room - plenty large enough for two friends - with a kitchenette, a large bathroom and sea glimpses from the large windows. The plumbing is rather odd - a pump is needed to generate water pressure... More

Main thing: great location - close to beach and shops, which really helps with a 6 year old with achy legs! The room we had was the quadruple room - this was the room without a kitchen, which was fine for us as we didn't want to self cater. The room was very spacious, very clean and the shower was...
