We met up as a family halfway and used this Hotel as a good cheap weekend option, after all £80.00 for 2 nights with breakfast is not bad. It is well situated on the sea front, usual permit for parking where you can, the staff helpful and the Hotel had all that you required. It is like a 2 dimensional...

Food good, plenty of it. All the staff from, reception, waiting and cleaning were very helpful and friendly. Standard of cleaning in the hotel was very good. Our room was nice and warm as were the common areas. Ok the hotel is looking a little tired and really needs a good handyman on site to fix the little things, e.g....

Lovely clean hotel, staff great, food fantastic, entertainment ok, quiz a bit drawn out and bingo only one night out of 4. We did have a few teething problems as the hotel was cold in some rooms and hot water not so hot, but their forgot to alter timer as we had gone back an hour and boiler needed servicing...

We were lucky and found a parking space right outside, for which we bought an hour's ticket. There is a bit in front of the hotel marked "buses" which you could hover on. There are about 5 steps up to reception. We purchased parking permits from reception, a £1 a day which allows parking near the hotel but not immediately...

Food made up for disappointing hotel, pity owner didn't spend money on refurbishment as well as pier. Bathroom had no curtain, which when on 4th floor shouldn't be a problem but decorators were using scaffolding outside our room as their tea break area so had to put towel up to window, spoke to receptionist and advised were unable to put...

The room I had was clean and comfortable though there was a crack in the bath panel. It was also large - I know that other members of the group had much smaller rooms. There was a full size fridge in the room when a smaller one would have been sufficient. Also the clock was huge - even I could...

Stayed with others via coach party over the air show weekend. Scaffolding covers the front of the hotel. On entry to the hotel, we were greeted by smokers sitting on the doorstep. This is just not acceptable. I did complain to a member of staff. En-suite door doesn't close. Bed not comfortable. Unable to open windows very much due to...

We had our reservations on making this booking based on some of the reviews we read, but it was the only hotel left that could accomodate our party of 5 as the Eastbourne airshow was on and almost all the accommodation had already been booked. The hotel itself is a bit run down, the decor a bit dated and you...

This summer I spent my holiday at the albany hotel from 7th to 14th august. It was a good vacation and we had a good time. The room was large and silent because it was located at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was good with tipical english dishes but also bread and jam for the italian guests like...
